Fruit: Large and ovoid. Symmetrical and with lenticels characteristics, abundant and small.
Bone: Symmetrical and rounded. With Mucro.
Product
The most important variety of the double aptitude (fruit and oil), olive for fresh consumption transformed into black olive by the oxidation process, well valued although inferior to chamomile. Oil quite appreciated, though of low stability. Interesting as a base of different coupages with other varieties such as picual, chopped, etc..
