Olive Tree Manzanilla de Cuquillo
Olive Tree variety with small, apple-like fruit. Medium ripening is the most widespread for table consumption. Very well known thanks to the great quality that it has.
The extra virgin olive oil with this variety has a particularly bright yellow color and very peculiar, concentrating a multitude of nutritional elements and low supply of fatty acids which favors its easy digestion.
Its organoleptic characteristics are a fruity olive oil with low bitterness and very few hot. The soft, pleasant and balanced aroma with a touch of fresh grass, apple, green tomato and plantain.
